Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help with returns or exchanges under the guidelines below.

Returns

You have 30 days from the day you place your order to initiate a return.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
  • All original tags must be attached.
  • Items must be free from stains, makeup, deodorant marks, strong odors (such as perfume or smoke), dirt, and pet hair.

We will not be able to refund items that do not meet these conditions.

The following categories cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Final sale items
  • Pre-orders or custom orders
  • Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact us via email, returns@belovedclothing.co, within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return.  Or request a return through your account on our website. 
  2. Once your request is approved, we’ll provide you with the return shipping label via email.

You will be responsible for:

  1. Return shipping costs (will be deducted from your refund)
  2. Securely packaging and sending the items back to us

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method (excluding original shipping costs).  Please allow additional time for the return to process and the refund to be posted.

Exchanges

We want you to find that perfect fit!  If you would like to exchange an item contact us: returns@belovedclothing.co.  We will be happy to assist with exchanges on a case by case basis. Please note, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with an exchange. 

Or, to guarantee you get the size you need before it sells out, we recommend handling an exchange in the following way:

  1. Place a new order immediately for the item(s) you want instead.
  2. Then, request a return for the original item(s) following the standard return process.
  3. Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll refund your original order (excluding shipping costs).
