Shipping policy

We’re excited to get your order to you as quickly as possible! Please review our shipping and order guidelines below.

Order Processing

All orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days once you submit your order.  Please note that processing times may be slightly longer over holidays, or during special sales or launches. If there are any changes or delays to our normal schedule, we’ll post updates on our social media pages so you always know what to expect.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.  Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after your package leaves our facility.

Shipping Delays

Please keep in mind that once your package is handed over to the carrier, delivery times are out of our control. Weather conditions, holidays, and other unforeseen factors can sometimes affect transit times.

Please note that we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been shipped.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.  Once an order has been placed, it typically cannot be modified or canceled, as we begin processing it right away to ensure fast shipping.
